Arsenal v/s Tottenham (2nd December 2006)

Arsenal beat Tottenham Hotspurs at the Emirates Stadium 3-0 with goals from Adebayor and two perfect penalties from the brazilian intenational Gilberto in either halves . This was the 152nd North London Derby. Arsenal were in crisis before the match after losing the midweek tie to fulham 2-1 and the last weekend tie to the wanderers 3-1. Also with the captain Theirry Henry was out with a problem in sciatic nerve(and will remain out for six weeks ie uptill the new year). The Spurs were also not in very good away form having not won a single away game this season.
